Embark on an 8 day trek through the wilds of Uganda and explore the natural beauty of the country’s national parks and iconic tourists attractions. The trek includes game viewing at lake Mburo national Park, gorilla trekking at Bwindi impenetrable national Park, game drive and boat cruise at Queen Elizabeth national Park and a chimpanzee tracking adventure at Kibale national Park. Your 8 day adventure starts and ends in Kampala or Entebbe International Airport.

Day 1: Transfer to lake Mburo national Park.
After breakfast at your hotel in Entebbe, meet your driver guide and head westwards to lake Mburo National Park. The journey takes approximately 4 hours and follows the Masaka – Mbarara route. On the way, stop at the Equator for photography and then proceed to the park. You will arrive at mid – day in the time for lunch at the lodge. Then embark on an evening game drive where you will get a chance to view Zebras, giraffes, antelopes leopards, buffaloes and other animals.

Day 2: Travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Start your day early with breakfast being transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in south western Uganda. Arrive early enough to check in into your lodge, relax and enjoy dinner.

Day 3: Gorilla trekking and Batwa community walk
After breakfast join other visitors at your respective region for a briefing on the rules and regulations for gorilla trekking. Gorilla treks in Bwindi impenetrable national Park start from one of your four regions: Ruhija, Buhoma, Nkuringo, and Rushaga, each with habituated families set for trekking. Trek groups will be formed of eight visitors accompanied by one park ranger and at least two porter’s per group. The trek takes 2 – 6 hours, with one hour given for a magical encounter with Gorillas. Afterwards return to the lodge to relax and in the evening, take a walk to the Batwa community to learn about their lifestyle.

Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early breakfast you will be driven to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Ugandan’s second largest Park, and home to the tree – climbing lions. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive via Kasenyi track to see wildlife species such as lions, buffaloes, birds, leopards, elephants, antelopes and more.

Day 5: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise
After your breakfast, you will go on a game drive along the Kasenyi track. This will give you the opportunity to spot a variety of wildlife such as Lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, antelopes, and birds. The game drive will take about 2 – 3 hours. After the game drive, you will return to your hotel for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel where you can see hippos, Crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes and water birds.

Day 6:
After breakfast you will embark on a morning game drive and explore the Baboon cliffs. Later, you will be driven to Kibale National Park, home to 13 primate species. The drive from Queen Elizabeth national Park to Kibale National Park will take about 2 – 3 hours.

Day 7:
After breakfast you will gather at Kanyanchu visitor centre for a briefing on the guidelines for Chimpanzee tracking at 8:00am, you will begin your primate adventure which will last 2 – 3 hours. Once you find chimpanzees, you will have one hour with them to observe their behaviors and body gestures. After the chimpanzee tracking, you will return to your accommodation for lunch. In the afternoon you will enjoy a guided nature walk in the Bigodi wetland, which is a home to a variety of primates such as L’ Hoest monkeys, grey cheeked mangabeys, and Bush babies, as well as many bird species.

Day 8:
